Shipping and Handling

For smaller items on our website under 30lbs the shipping/handling is set to a flat rate or is calculated automatically.

However for shipping of larger items the rates for shipping vary so much that accurate shipping rates cannot be figured without calculating the cost. We always strive to provide our customers with the best shipping rates possible. So for items that weight more than 30lbs please contact us to determine shipping prior to your purchase. Delivery

We also offer a delivery service that operates on a local basis, usually with a 100 mile radius. We use our own truck for deliveries and take great care in loading and moving your purchase to your home.

Fees for additional set up and services

Disposal of Old Mattress and Box Springs	$35.00 per piece

Traditional delivery services bring an item to the location with placement on the main floor. Some items that require set up take additional time that is not included in the delivery price.
Items are packed and protected for delivery depending on the type of item. We take pride in the services we provide to you and how we handle merchandise while in our care.
Our schedules are flexible and can be modified when given sufficient time to make the necessary adjustments.
Items purchased must be retrieved by the owner or scheduled for delivery within three days of purchase. Limits of space and staff schedule require observance of this time frame. Items left longer are subject to a storage fee of $10 per day.
